SPECIAL NOTICE: WALK IN ELECTION BALLOTS WILL BE ALLOWED
The Election Committee, understanding that some members who received replacement ballots may not have those reach the post office in time, unanimously amended the Supplemental Rules to allow for drop off ballots. The following parameters must be met:
1) The drop off is by the person voting only, with a valid form of ID, to Jericho Terrace, the site of the ballot count, on Thursday, June 27, 2024.
2) The drop off time is between 9AM and 11AM, to AAA, at a special designated area set up by them, at Jericho Terrace.
3) No one may drop off ballots for other members, no exceptions.
4) No ballots will be printed on site. You MUST bring the ballot with you that you received by mail.
The EC believes that this exception will further enfranchise members to participate in the COBA Election, and strongly urge members to take advantage of this opportunity.
